1. Cash Withdrawl Policy

Below are the details of the cash withdrawal policy on Rummy OP.

  1. You may withdraw your cash game winnings by an electronic ‘bank’ transfer to your verified bank account. The withdrawal request along with your bank details need to be filled through your lobby screen on the Rummy OP app.
  2. You can withdraw your entire withdrawal amount accumulated through your winnings & released bonuses at any point in time. Withdrawal of deposits is not allowed on Rummy OP.
  3. All the withdrawal requests made on Rummy OP are free of any charge.
  4. The minimum withdrawal request per transaction is Rs. 100 
  5. We process your IMPS payment immediately with our payment partners after the withdrawal request is raised successfully & post that bank processes your payment in accordance with their stipulated process time. However, in some cases, a delay might occur. IMPS transactions fail sometimes if your bank is conducting maintenance or having a downtime at the time the transaction is initiated. If this happens, the withdrawal may go through later or may get reversed. If your withdrawal status shows ‘Submitted to bank’ but you haven’t received the credit, then this is the case. The final status of the transaction is only known after 3 working days. You don’t need to worry – if the transaction is reversed, the funds will be credited back to your Rummy OP account automatically.
  6. Users are subjected to entering the correct bank account details at the time of withdrawal, wrong bank details may lead to amount being transferred to some other account and Rummy OP takes no responsibility to get the funds back.
  7. Account monitoring is done in cases of suspicious games, multiple accounts, etc and hence the withdrawal is subjected to clearance. It is important to monitor for responsible play as well as to prevent unauthorized or illegal activity.
  8. Please note that for any single game (including tournaments) with net winnings (Winnings – wagering) is more than or equal to Rs 10,000 is subject to a TDS of 31%. We will issue a TDS certificate to all PAN verified players before the end of the financial year. Players can use them to file their Income Tax Returns.
  9. Any free referral bonus earned through any promotional offer cannot be withdrawn. It can only be used for playing rummy cash games on Rummy OP.
  10. In case of any fraudulent activity, management reserves the right to accept or decline your withdrawal request.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Once a deposit is successfully made to your Rummy OP account, it cannot be canceled or reversed.
  • If a transaction fails due to technical issues, but the amount is deducted from your bank account, please allow 5-8 business days for automatic reversal to the original payment source.
  • In case of any discrepancies, users must report the issue within 48 hours by contacting our support team at support@rummyop.com with relevant transaction details.

3. Refund Policy

  • Failed Transactions: If your payment fails and we are unable to process your order, the deducted amount will be refunded automatically to the source account within 5-8 business days.
  • Withdrawal Issues: If a withdrawal request is delayed or unsuccessful due to a system error, the funds will be credited back to your Rummy OP wallet.
  • Unauthorized Transactions: If you notice an unauthorized transaction, report it immediately to our support team. Refunds will be issued based on the outcome of the investigation.
  • Gameplay-Related Refunds: No refunds will be provided for chips lost due to gameplay unless proven to be a result of a technical error on our platform.

4. Dispute Resolution

  • Users must provide valid proof of failed transactions or discrepancies for any refund requests.
  • All refund claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and RummyOP reserves the right to approve or reject claims based on available evidence.
  • Our decision on refund and cancellation requests shall be final and binding.
